FAT FREE BANANA BREAD

 

A family favorite.  So simple to make and delicious.  Feel free to add walnuts of mini chocolate chips to add variety to your banana bread.

Ingredients:

Wet:

3 egg whites
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce 1/2 cup stevia

Dry:

2 cups oat flour (ground up oatmeal) 1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325
In a medium bowl mix wet ingredients
In another bowl mix dry ingredients
Blend together and pour into a loaf pan

BAKE FOR 50 MINUTES
