*Hummus Recipe*

Makes 3 1/2 cups

Ingredients:

* 2 cans garbanzo beans (chickpeas)

* 4 Tbsp lemon juice

* 2-3 cloves garlic

* 1 tsp salt

* 1/2 cup tahini (sesame seed paste)

Directions:

In a blender place one whole can beans with liquid.  Add second can of beans without liquid.  Add lemon juice and blend.  Then add garlic, tahini, and salt.  Blend again.  Serve with your favorite veggies, pita, or use as spread for homemade wraps.
